You always feel well cared for and well fed at Peter Gilmore's plush French BYOB destination in West Chester, where his exquisite epicurean delights and solicitous service from a professional staff add up to a first rate experience that transports you to France and that little place in the valley that everyone whispers about. It takes three to four weeks advance notice to book a table in the compact townhouse space, but almost all agree it's worth the wait.
